Thrifty, one of the biggest car rental companies in USA has recently increased the price of the child booster seats that customers with children prefer in order to keep their children safe and comfortable during the journey. Customer will have to pay more for the additional safety feature that the rental service provider offers.

However the change in prices are not done across all its outlets in the US, there are only few locations that will see a change in the price of the child/ booster seats. However, the price change may soon be reflected across all the other locations too slowly and steadily. If rumours are to be believed there is speculation that other car rental companies in the US will also follow suit and may increase the price of their child/booster sets also. The new price that customers would need to pay for this special safety cocoon for children is about $11.00 per day inclusive of GST.
